The purpose of selection is to affirm contributors for the work they have done or are doing.

Context​

A link to the current or previous cycle review or an evaluation of the direction (including any findings or challenges relevant to the need for selection) if one cannot be made.

Options​

A list of options should be presented here. Options should always include a "none of the above" to signal no or low confidence in the options.

Discounted options​

Options that didn't make the selection, but are relevant to current context or development. And explanation should be provided about why the options are not going to be incremented at this time.

Feedback and discussion​

Any important points that were raised during the discussion of the options that should be noted.

Outcome​

A statement from the contribution guild on the outcome of the vote and any remarks. This is an opportunity to reaffirm the direction of the project.
